Christian has represented large financial institutions, REITs, local banks, private equity funds, developers, local entrepreneurs, landlords, tenants and privately-held entities in a broad spectrum of real estate, lending and leasing matters involving office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family apartments, condominiums, industrial properties, charter schools and hotels. Christian has specialized experience in representing financial institutions in mortgage, mezzanine, and construction financings, note sales and purchases, workouts and preferred equity investments. In addition, Christian has represented small businesses in acquisitions, sales, financing and general corporate matters.
