First CCTV Software to Integrate with Nvidia Cuda
BiKal IP CCTV, a UK based manufacturer of network surveillance equipment have announced the first network surveillance software platform to utilise the Nvidia Cuda graphics platform to accelerate their network video system.

However, the true innovation in EyeSoft is how the software utilises the Nvidia Cuda graphics platform to offload processing from the computers CPU to the graphics card GPU resulting in faster processing of information and reduced hardware costs.
EyeSoft features advanced video analytics algorithms, a process of analysing video for specific events such as suspicious behaviour, illegal crossing or parking, loitering, object detection, object counting, cash fraud to detecting smoke & fire in real time.
