Juvenile Product Companies Form Regional Alliance

Colorado juvenile product manufacturers join forces to pool brand equity, resources and expertise in a tough market.

Denver, CO, October 04, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Congrats from Colorado, a juvenile industry trade alliance and conglomerate of over 35 Colorado child/mom brands, continues to grow as it adds new manufacturers and keeps members informed on consumer product safety regulations. Over ten Colorado brands attended the All Baby & Child (ABC) Kids Show in Las Vegas last month including veteran brands such as Boppy and Amy Michelle Bags in addition to first-time newcomers Mrs. Butterfish and Oh, That Baby.

CfC and its founder Olivia Omega Logan of Baby Candy lead local and national efforts to help small manufacturers understand CPSIA regulations, initiating the first of many “lead testing parties” that helped over 100 companies become CPSIA compliant at the beginning of the year. Omega Logan also held a press conference on CPSIA’s “National Bankruptcy Day” that got local and national media coverage. “The purpose of CfC is to elevate brand equity by leveraging the power of a collective brand as well as sharing knowledge and resources. The coop also allows smaller, up and coming brands to benefit from ‘big brand’ marketing and PR,” said Omega Logan.
