Go Boo at Whipsnade Zoo This Halloween
ZSL Whipsnade Zoo has frighteningly good fun this October half term Saturday 24th October to Sunday 1st November.
London, England, United Kingdom, October 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Spooky fun and spine-tingling tales with an animal theme are in store for visitors to ZSL Whipsnade Zoo this October half-term, together with the ever-popular pumpkin carving.
From Saturday 24th October until Sunday 1st November, ZSL Whipsnade Zoo will be hosting Boo At The Zoo week for Halloween. There’s a full schedule of daily events for everyone in the family to enjoy.
Visitors can create a scary face. Pop into the Haunted Den on the children’s farm and get carving a pumpkin with the help of ZSL volunteers.
Listen to a scary tale and challenge the fear factor with the touch boxes or have a howling good time with the wolves and learn the ghostly reality of the lemurs, with the help of ZSL explainers.
Meanwhile spend a bit of time creating Halloween crafts in the learning den at the Discovery Centre, where visitors also meet their creepy crawlies – if they dare!
Don’t forget the zoo’s amazing Birds of the World and Sealion Splash demonstrations will be on twice daily throughout the half term week.
ZSL Whipsnade Zoois the place to be for this October half term, so make a point to visit now.
