Mark earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1992. Prior to joining Rimon, Mark was an attorney at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and at Weil, Gotshal and Manges, LLP.
William Galkin is an Internet and technology lawyer with experience in all aspects of computer law and information technology law. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He has more than 20 years’ experience in structuring, negotiating and advising companies on a wide variety of transactions in the area of information technology, Internet, e-commerce, content and computer law.
Saul Lieberman guides the formation, financing and growth of US and Israeli technology companies. Saul earned both a JD and an MBA from Columbia University in 1982, and an LLM from New York University in 1986. Prior to joining Rimon, Saul was an attorney in New York at Rosenman & Colin and Bachner Tally Polevoy and Misher, and in Israel at Herzog Fox & Neeman, Cohen & Cohen, and Frimer Gellman.
