The merger between Cart Mart, Inc and Pacific Golf Cars created one of the largest selections of golf, transportation, and industrial vehicles in the Southern California region.
San Marcos, CA, October 09, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Cart Mart, Inc. a leading distributor of Golf, Transportation and Industrial Vehicles announces the acquisition of Pacific Golf Cars (PGC) of Escondido, California. This merger enables Cart Mart, the ability to exclusively distribute 4 of 5 leading industry brands including Yamaha, Club Car, Fairplay and Taylor-Dunn brand vehicles.

Cart Mart is additionally proud of its ability to retain the entire key staff in the acquisition, many having served in management positions with PGC for over 15 or more years. Plans are to keep the longstanding Pacific Golf Cars building and showroom on Andreasen Drive in Escondido open for business showcasing a variety of new and used equipment, and stocking a variety of common parts until early 2010.
