Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Offers Investment and Financial Analysis Course

Raleigh, NC, October 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- John Wood, president of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR) (www.rrar.com), has announced that RRAR along with the Triangle International Council of REALTORS® (TICOR) will be hosting a Certified International Property Specialist designation course titled “Investment and Financial Analysis” on Wednesday, Oct. 21 through Thursday, Oct. 22.

The course will be instructed by David Segrest, CIPS, CCIM, TRC and will provide those in attendance with the tools needed to present investment information to international clients, learn how to measure investment performance, prepare financial projections and understand taxes, their exchange rates and their impact. The course will take place at RRAR located at 111 Realtors Way in Cary. Tuition for the course will be $270 for TICOR members and $300 for non-members.
