Small Business eBooks

The Ann Holman Company launch the first of many eBooks for the small business and entrepreneur sector. As part of an experiment with technology and the concept of 'free,' the company are developing products that not only strip away the hype of running a small business but, also, exploring easy and accessible ways of getting relevant information.

Exeter, United Kingdom, October 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Ann Holman Company has launched a series of four small eBooks for small business. Designed to be read via a variety of devices including mobile phones, the books are a light read, yet they provide thought provoking tips on starting and running a small business.

Ann Holman, the author says “These are simple and concise books for entrepreneurs and people running very small businesses. I hope I’ve managed to eradicate a lot of the rubbish that surrounds start up and small business management and cut to the chase.”

The eBooks concentrate on starting a business, improving the customer service, leading whilst of your own and converting sales. The Ann Holman Company commissioned Andy Farmer to create an attractive look in an unsophisticated pdf format. “I wanted them to be reference guides that people could keep going back to when they needed to refresh their thinking. I think we over complicate business far too much and wrap it up in stuff that we don’t need to.” Ann commented.

The books are priced at £1.95 each and can be bought from Ann’s blog that is gaining an enviable reputation and following across the world on the subject of small business and entrepreneurship. Just type in Ann Holman into Google and browsers will be directed to the site.

With over 5000 downloads of the marketing book Ann self published in 2006, the new set complement an already successful delivery mechanism. Ann said “Whilst these eBooks have been developed using basic pdf, we know things are getting far more sophisticated, presentable and exciting. We have another two eBooks being launched in November and February that will be created in a more user friendly format. And, we will go down the ‘free’ route for these which will be an interesting experiment.”
