Lennar Virginia Urges First-Time Homebuyers to Take Advantage of $8,000 Tax Credit Before Time Runs Out
Time is running out for homebuyers to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit.
Chantilly, VA, October 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- With the expiration date of November 30, 2009 quickly approaching, time is running out for first-time homebuyers who want to take advantage of the government issued $8,000 tax credit.
Because homes must close on or before November 30, 2009, it is very important that buyers act quickly, says Brenda Sharp, director of sales and marketing for Lennar’s Virginia Division.
