Prior to joining Royal Oaks Building Group, McFadyen served as a marketing and public relations account manager at The King Partnership in Raleigh. She received a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a concentration in financial analysis from North Carolina State University. McFadyen currently plays an active role in the Wake County Home Builders Association, the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council, and the HBA Special Events Committee. She is a provisional member of the Junior League of Raleigh.
