Generational Equity, an advisor to privately-held and family-owned businesses for exit planning, business valuation, and mergers-and-acquisition services, has announced the sale of their client, Impact Specialties, Inc., to Private Investors, Russell and Sharon Gavron.
Dallas, TX, October 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Impact Specialties, based in Atlanta, Georgia, produces specialized receipt envelopes for multiple industries, including jewelers, automotive industry, and law enforcement.
Managing Directors, Don Sawyer and Greg DeFoor led Generational Equity’s deal team in marketing and negotiating the transaction, which took just over 12 months to complete.
