Texas Right of Way Associates Has Partnered with Tarrant County College to Provide Certified CEUs for Their Right of Way Training Class

Fort worth, TX, October 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Texas Right of Way Associates will hold an in depth training class October 31st, 2009 at the Barnett Shale Training Center located in the Cultural District of Fort Worth. The class is titled Right of Way Agent Training Program and will provide intense knowledge and skills necessary for new right of way agents to serve the various energy, oil and natural gas companies.

This course will provide you with .8 CEU hours from Tarrant County College and you will receive certificate of completion by TCC immediately after the class. The training class is designed to demonstrate and teach local individuals on how to become a right of way agent in the Energy Industry.

There is a need for trained right of way agents to assist with acquiring right of way for utility/power lines, and pipelines to carry natural gas from individual well sites to existing pipeline infrastructure. It is anticipated the development of the Barnett Shale will continue for the next two decades. The development of the CREZ electricity transmission lines will continue for the next five to eight years. With the decline in Landman jobs, right of way would be the next opportunity for a career in the alternative energy industry. According to local professionals, right of way agents working in the area of the Barnett Shale/ CREZ typically earn between $45,000 and $90,000 annually depending upon experience and personal initiative.
