Marketing Magician Re-Elected to Birmingham Chamber Council

Birmingham, United Kingdom, October 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Stefan Drew, the man the BBC introduce as the Marketing Magician, has been re-elected for a second three term as a member of Birmingham Chamber of Commerce’s Council.

Elected by the membership of over 3500 based in around Birmingham, UK, Stefan has also been the Chamber’s SME Ambassador for the last three years. The SME Ambassador’s role is to keep in contact with the Chamber’s small and medium sized business members and represent their views and issues to the Executive and Council.

Stefan commented, “The Chamber has a reputation, via its Policy Team, for successfully influencing and shaping government policy. Due to the nature of small businesses it is frequently difficult for smaller businesses to attend meetings with the Prime Minster, Leader of the Opposition, MPs, MEPs and local government and their voice could be left unheard. The Chamber’s Ambassador programme provides a mechanism for small businesses to be heard and I am pleased to be able to represent them at Council and elsewhere.”
