October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. For the 8th year in a row, during the last week of October (Oct. 21 - Oct. 31), Wisconsinmade.com will donate 10% of its sales to the Wisconsin-based Breast Cancer Recovery Organization.
Madison, WI, October 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Founded by Ann Haney, Breast Cancer Recovery provides environments for women to heal emotionally, spiritually and physically from breast cancer. Through its flagship program, Infinite Boundaries, Breast Cancer Recovery offers four-day wellness retreats for women diagnosed with breast cancer. This year, nine Infinite Boundaries retreats are scheduled, including a retreat near Eagle River, Wisconsin, October 29 – November 1. Breast Cancer Recovery also sponsors awareness and educational programs, including the annual Sharing the Knowledge conference. The conference, designed for breast cancer survivors, caregivers and oncology professionals, is scheduled for November 14, 2009 at the Alliant Energy Center, Madison.
