Clayton F. Farrell, a partner at Southfield-based Collins, Einhorn, Farrell & Ulanoff, P.C., was recognized by Super Lawyers® magazine among the top Michigan attorneys in environmental law.

Farrell concentrates on multi-party, complex litigation, including litigation in the areas of environmental torts, product liability, toxic torts, and emerging claims. His trial experience spans over three decades and includes approximately 100 cases to verdict. He serves as national coordinating counsel for a number of corporate clients and has served as an officer and director of a lawyers’ professional liability insurer.
The Novi resident is a member of the American Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Practice Section, Environmental Law Section and Law Practice Management Section), State Bar of Michigan (Negligence Section), Oakland County Bar Association, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, the Defense Research Institute (Industry Wide Litigation Committee), Association of Defense Trial Counsel and the Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues.
Farrell also was a founding member of the Asbestos Trust Fund Services (ATFS) Group, which was organized to provide counsel and guidance in the interpretation and implementation of the asbestos bodily injury claims process under the national Fairness in Asbestos Injury Resolution (FAIR) Act. He is currently a member of the Asbestos Liability Risk Analysis (ALRA) Group, a team of highly experienced defense lawyers who have represented international, national, regional, and local defendants in asbestos litigation in every major jurisdiction in the United States for nearly 30 years.
