Project Management Advisors, Inc., a project management and development management firm with headquarters in Chicago and offices in San Francisco and San Diego, announces the hire of Robert Holyoake, Vice President.

San Francisco, CA, October 23, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Robert Holyoake brings over 25 years of experience as an architect and owner’s representative to PMA’s South San Francisco office. He has assembled and managed project teams of architects, consultants and contractors and led their efforts through the planning, design and construction of over 9 million square feet of technically complex new and renovated buildings and interior tenant improvements. Rob is experienced in a wide variety of project types that include life science laboratories, medical device manufacturing facilities, university buildings and both build-to-suit and speculative office campuses.

In addition to his experience in all aspects of project delivery, Rob’s knowledge of investment real estate allows him to direct project teams with an in depth understanding of their client’s point of view, goals and objectives. Rob holds a certificate in Investment Real Estate from the University of California and can provide their developer and investor clients with services that include alternative site analysis and selection, financing support and lease and contract analysis.

Prior to joining PMA in 2009, Rob’s experience included senior leadership positions delivering projects at HDR Architecture and Ehrlich-Rominger Architects and project management roles at real estate development companies including The Irvine Company.
