Amber Alert Issued for Florida Infant (Jose Garcia - 6 Weeks)

Winter Garden, FL, September 26, 2006 --(PR.com)-- An Amber Alert has been issued for a six-week-old infant believed taken from his mother's Winter Haven home by her roommate after an argument. Jose Garcia was last seen on Christopher Street in Winter Garden.

Police say 42-year-old Elvira Galisia Garcia had been arguing with Jose's mother. Authorities were alerted about the baby's disappearance around 11:00 AM.

Elvira Galisia Garcia is 5'1" with brown hair and eyes. They may be traveling in a 2000 grey Ford Contour with Florida license plate number, F271KE or a 1988 gray Ford Taurus with license plate number, H27GVR.
