Amber Alert Issued for Texas Siblings (Wesley Brent Tuley & Mandi Michelle Tuley)

Springfield, IL, September 27, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The Lancaster Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for two children abducted by their non-custodial mother and grandmother.

Authorities said the children were taken under false pretenses on Saturday by their maternal grandmother, Robbie Kay Lewis, 43, of Fort Worth. They were to have been returned to their father on Tuesday morning.

The children’s mother, Calli Leynette Tuley, 22, believed to be from Fort Worth, called the office of the attorney representing the children’s father and said that she had the children.

Calli Leynette Tuley has made past statements indicating her intent to kill the children if she ever lost custody and has also threatened to run away with them.
