Storm Smart Industries Receives Award from Governor Charlie Crist

Fort Myers, FL, May 17, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The annual Governor’s Hurricane Conference Awards Banquet, held in Fort Lauderdale Wednesday evening, concluded with Fort Myers-based Storm Smart Industries receiving the ‘Corporate Award’ presented to Storm Smart Industries President Brian Rist.

Nominated by staff members of the Lee County Emergency Operations Center, Storm Smart was selected due to “substantial contributions to hurricane preparedness, response, recovery and research in the State of Florida.”
