Jacksonville, FL, October 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- September sales spiked with Davidson agents generating over $8 million in sales. Lyn Sappington is September’s top lister with almost $600,000 in listings sold. Doug Duggan is honored as top producer with $1.3 million in closings. Jock Ochiltree was top sales agent with $850,000 in sales for the month.

For the month of September, 17 agents participated in 38 transactions for a total sales volume of over $8 million and over $7 million in closings. Three Davidson agents, Lyn Sappington, Mirtha Barzaga and Pauline Cake, had over a million in sales and listings sold for the month.
