The Author was one of the first members of the Dow Jones News Retrieval System (1979), as well as Compuserve (1982), GE Information systems (1985), America Online (1987), Delphi Internet (1988), and Pipeline (1989). He next founded Undiscovered Equities Research Corp, performing on-demand research for investors & brokerage firms, and P.R. services for public companies.
The Author has recently been on the faculty of Touro College, Brooklyn College and other C.U.N.Y. Universities where he designed and developed courses on Internet Research. Mr. Popkoff is at work on the sequel to this book and resides with his wife in Long Island, New York.
