Alternative Motors Hires Zack Bender as VP of Finance

Las Vegas, NV, October 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Alternative Motors has announced the hiring of Zack Bender as the company Vice President of Finance.

Mr. Bender has held various Financial Planning and Wealth Management positions while utilizing his comprehensive understanding of investments, capital markets, banking and trust concepts. In total, Mr. Bender has managed an estimated $195M in assets.

Prior to his experience in the finance industry, Mr. Bender acted as CIO and HR Director for a turnkey wireless infrastructure supplier with an international footprint. In this capacity, Mr. Bender was intricate in servicing such Fortune 500 companies as AT&T, General Dynamics, and Clear Channel. In a separate wireless industry related role, Mr. Bender was successful in negotiating over $8M in vertical real estate assets throughout the Central Valley Region of California.

Mr. Bender is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist, as designated by the College of Financial Planning, and maintains a Series 7 License, administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), as well as a Series 66 License qualifying him as a Registered Investment Adviser Representative.

Mr. Bender will utilize his expertise to generally oversee all securities offerings, refinancing efforts and leasing arrangements in this senior management role.
