Alternative Motors Hires Matt Sharp as VP of Operations
Today, Alternative Motors announced the hiring of Mr. Matt Sharp as its Vice President of Operations.
Las Vegas, NV, May 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Today, Alternative Motors announced the hiring of Mr. Matt Sharp as its Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Sharp was the Founder and Majority Share Holder of Sharp Motors, Inc. and Sharp Motors Wagoner, LLC specializing in Buy Here, Pay Here financing. Mr. Sharp conceived and established both entities from the ground up with gross sales exceeding $6M in less than two years while managing over $700k in inventory as well as all day-to-day tasks including overall operations and finance.
Prior to Sharp Motors, Mr. Sharp was the General Manager for the largest Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep dealer in the nation (based on sales volume) managing $20 million in inventory and annual sales which exceeded $45 million. Mr. Sharp also served as a Vice President in the banking industry at an institution with a $125M portfolio while personally managing loan assets exceeding $50M.
Mr. Sharp also was a CFO for a start-up in the telecom industry and navigated the Small Business Administration process ultimately securing approximately $1M in Government backed funding.
