In a move aimed at targeting child predators and promoting child safety, the Northern New Jersey Council, Boy Scouts of America has joined forces with AMBER Ready, Inc. to educate parents regarding child safety and provide them with the tools they need. The two organizations entered into a partnership and are launching “Operation Safe Scout”. AMBER Ready will be conducting safety events that provide education on child safety and abduction along with digital fingerprinting, photographing and child profile information for children placed on a CD for parents to keep. Amber Ready, Inc. provides the first and fastest wireless Police Emergency Notification System for placing missing and abducted children on alert with law enforcement authorities.
