Dr. Dorian Goldfeld Inducted in 2009 Class of The American Academy of Arts & Sciences
Westport, CT, November 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- SecureRF Corporation announced that Dr. Dorian Goldfeld, a co-founder, advisor and board member of SecureRF, has been inducted into the American Academy of Arts & Sciences. Dr. Goldfeld has been a professor in the Faculty of Mathematics at Columbia University since 1985.
In addition to this honor, Dr. Goldfeld’s contributions in the field of mathematics have been recognized with the award of the Frank Nelson Cole Prize in Number Theory, recipient of the Sloan Research Fellowship and the Vaughn Prize. Dr. Goldfeld has made many contributions to the field of mathematics and together with Dr. Iris Anshel and Dr. Michael Anshel founded the field of Braid Group Cryptography.
The American Academy of Arts & Sciences is one of the nation’s most prestigious honorary societies and a center for independent policy research.
