New Stationary Steam Pressure Washers Offer Automatic Shutoff Technology®
Daimer Industries® ships Super Max™ 15500 machines with AST®, a technology that saves time for those who use electric pressure washers.
Woburn, MA, November 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, an exporter and global supplier exporter of commercial and green cleaner and machines, introduced the Super Max™ 15500AST, a new line of heated, stationary, electric water pressure washers. These multi-mode systems can use cold or hot water, as well as wet steam. The equipment features AST®, or Automatic Shut-Off Technology™, closes down pricey components when the machine is idle for thirty seconds.

Automatic Shut-Off Technology™?
Here's how it operates: When AST® is activated, the technology terminates the pump and motor after about 30 seconds if the gun is idle and no water is flowing through the machine. When the pressure washer worker squeezes the trigger, the motor and pump switch on.
This capability is designed for situations where the power washer user works a ways from the base unit and it is not practical to return to turn it off during each work break. Pumps and motors in most electric pressure washers remain active even when water is not flowing through the equipment, which can damage the key components like the motor or motor.
The Super Max™ 15500AST power washing machines offer pressures of 1000 psi, flow rates reaching 4 GPM and are powered by 3.0 horsepower electric motors.
The machines are multi-mode which means they can clean variable temperatures of cold water, hot water up to 220ºF, and wet steam with temperatures reaching 330ºF. The systems can be purchased to heat with diesel, #1 or #2 heating oil, kerosene, propane or natural gas. The power washers offer a 9 gallon fuel capacity for oil, kerosene or diesel. The 15500AST includes a heavy duty schedule 80 heating coil.
The machines offer chemical infusion using high-pressure injection. Optional features include wet sandblasting and multi-gun operation.
The stationary pressure washing machines includes: assorted nozzles, an extra long hydraulic hose, a trigger wand sporting quick disconnect, and a steel, high gloss, powder-coated case.
