His work has included a focus on building first-class systems and staff, as well as leading operational improvements to drive profitability. He has successfully executed M&A transactions and financing, as well as prepared companies for public ownership and private sales.

Royo earned a bachelor’s degree at University of California, Berkeley and a master’s in business administration at University of Michigan.
