"You Want Answers" Wants to Announce That Tom Sturgis Pretzels Will be Featured Along with the Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery

Boca Raton, FL, November 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- To answer the next question, the crew took a trip out to Pennsylvania to visit with the descendents of the man who created the very first hard pretzel. Soft pretzels had been around for years and were brought over to the United States with German immigrants. Their crew discovers that the invention of the hard pretzel may very well have come from a mistake when baking soft pretzels. The crew meets with the Sturgis family, who currently run both the Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery and Tom Sturgis Pretzels, to learn a bit more about Julius Sturgis and how he stumbled upon hard pretzels while working as an apprentice baker. Julius then went on to open his own shop and eventually create one of America's favorite snack foods.
