Cornish & Carey Welcomes Veteran Investment Broker Russ Sherman
Russ Sherman has joined Cornish & Carey Commercial/ONCOR International as senior vice president of the firm. He will be a part of the investment brokerage team and be based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Russ brings to C&C nearly 35 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as senior director of Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group.

He will be a part of the investment brokerage team and be based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Russ brings to C&C nearly 35 years of commercial real estate experience.

Most recently, Russ Sherman was senior director of Cushman & Wakefield’s (C&W) Capital Markets Group in San Francisco. Since 1994, Russ marketed and sold more than 20 million square feet (sf) of office, industrial, retail and hospitality properties, representing $3 billion in value. Russ was honored three different years as one of C&W’s Top-100 Brokers nationally, and received both the Chairman’s Circle Award and the Brokerage Service Excellence Award. Russ began his investment sales career with Coldwell Banker in 1971. He earned his bachelor’s degree from University of Southern California.
