Cathriner has close to 20 years experience focused on holistic compliance programs for registered Investment Advisers, Broker Dealers, and Hedge Funds. He served as Director of Investment Compliance at The BBVA Group and held senior compliance positions at INVESCO/AIM and Transamerica Fund Management. He holds a BA and MBA from the University of Texas, and is a FINRA arbitrator as well as is active in several FINRA district committees.
