One of the world’s foremost experts on tea, De Candia will be in Austin to share tea knowledge and brewing techniques with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s baristas and store managers. In anticipation of his visit, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has recently introduced a new tea blend that will be sold exclusively in Texas – Ten Gallon Tea.
De Candia hand selects the finest teas from across the globe that are used in The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s signature beverages. He is responsible for the company’s tea research, buying, blending, packaging and quality control.
