Arizona's Arrowhead Grill Offers Thanksgiving Dinner Without the Hassle This Year
Glendale Restaurant to Serve a Host of Menu Items on Thanksgiving.
Glendale, AZ, November 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Arrowhead Grill, the latest masterpiece from renowned Valley chef Charles Wade Schwerd, will offer Thanksgiving dinner along with a host of the restaurant’s signature items this Thanksgiving.
The Glendale restaurant will offer service and a Prix Fixe menu from 1 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 26, with a traditional menu including sweet potato pie, butternut squash soup and turducken. Reservations are required.
In addition to the traditional holiday fare, several of Schwerd’s personal entrée selections will be made available for the day, including his signature 1894 Delmonico steak, a 10-ounce sirloin steak that draws its inspiration from the original recipe served by Chef Charles Ranhofer at the famed Delmonico Hotel in lower Manhattan.
