Track Star Opens New Location in Clinton, NY

Charlotte, NC, November 20, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Track Star International, Inc. is pleased to announce that the company has officially opened and moved operations to their new location in Clinton, NY at 7359 State Route 5. This facility, a short distance from the previous location in New Hartford, NY, represents an improvement in the operational environment for the company and for the team that staffs this office. The transition to a more modern and efficient location close to the previous location is part of an overall plan to establish a more geographically diverse and effective presence for the company. The second phase of this plan, the opening of an office in Charlotte, NC, is presently underway.

The new location is more appropriately scaled providing more efficient use of space and more suitable facilities for members of the NY team. At the same time, the new facility provides their customer base with important benefits such as access to more advanced communications technologies that enable significantly faster data communications, making transfers of information and access to hosted Track Star services substantially faster.

As part of the transition plan, the toll free telephone number for the company remains 1-800-661-3515. A new direct dial number (315-381-3407) has been established for the new location. The previous direct dial number (315-721-0931) will, for a limited time, automatically forward directly to the new number. As the plan proceeds, a new phone system will be implemented that will establish immediate and seamless single-point communication with their remote offices through the central number. The transition plan keeps all email addresses and website addresses as they have been. “Track Star had been located at the previous office for nearly 10 years and while it served us well during that time, the time has come to take advantage of opportunities to position the company for further growth”, said Michael B.
