The Levine Senior Center Holiday House at Cheval Opens December 5th, 2009 in Mint Hill, North Carolina

Mint Hill, NC, November 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Cheval, located in beautiful Mint Hill, just outside of Charlotte, announced today, it will be hosting the first ever Holiday House from December 5th through December 20th, benefiting The Levine Senior Center. Decorated by renowned designer Tim Bagwell of T. Bagwell Interiors, the Holiday House will be exquisitely furnished with the latest in seasonal décor with ideas galore. The home will be open weekends only or by private bookings. “I am excited that 100% of all proceeds from the Holiday House event will go directly to The Levine Senior Center,” said Keith Paris of Paris Projects, Ltd., the developer of Cheval, luxury, equestrian new home community in Mint Hill.

In addition to Paris Projects, Ltd., The Levine Senior Center Holiday House at Cheval is being sponsored by Providence Estate Homes, North American Lawn & Landscape, Marketing Specifics, Inc., Scurry Construction, The Issacs Group, Blue Haven Pools & Spas of NC, Rocky River Vineyards, Overhead Door Company of Charlotte, Bryant Electric of Charlotte, Inc., Griffin Tile & Marble and Griffin Masonry.

The Holiday House will be conducting a Silent Auction throughout the dates of the event. Valuable products and services have been contributed to the Silent Auction from individuals and companies in the Greater Charlotte area. Winners will be announced on December 20th at 4:00pm.

In addition, the hot-off-the-press Levine Senior Center Cookbook “Recipes to Remember” will be available for sale at the event.
