Partners Consulting's 15th Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Buena Park, CA, November 20, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Managed Services Division of Partners Consulting Services, Inc., a premier IT solutions and services provider, was recently awarded an overall score of 4.33 out of a possible five-point scale in their 15th annual customer satisfaction survey. This year’s customer satisfaction rating is .04 higher than 2008. Over 1,300 surveys were distributed to 29 different companies for an average return rate by company of 42.5%.

Partners Consulting strives to deliver great customer service, and the survey results for the category Professionalism of the Staff being ranked the highest score shows that their clients recognized it. This year’s score was 4.45.

The category Quality of Work Produced was the second highest score at 4.27. Partners Consulting is proud that their clients have benefited from the quality processes they have in place, and are highly satisfied with the quality delivered in all of their engagements and projects.

Partners Consulting is pleased to report that an overwhelming majority of their clients’ surveyed said they would strongly recommend Partners Consulting when asked if they would be willing to refer them.
