Alexian Brothers Outsources Transportation to MedSpeed
Leading Healthcare Logistics Company Partners with Illinois Health System

Serving the healthcare needs of the Chicago area for nearly 150 years, the Alexian Brothers Hospital Network is comprised of four hospitals which serve the two million residents of Chicago's growing Northwest suburbs.

MedSpeed began working with Alexian Brothers in October 2009 and grew its existing hub operations in Elmhurst, IL to support the health system. With a 100% employee-based workforce, company owned fleet and sophisticated scanning and tracking software, the MedSpeed operation has integrated and streamlined business processes for the movement of specimens, pharmaceuticals, radiology films, supplies, mail and medical records.
