Alternative Motors Selects Edward H. Kim for Board of Directors

Las Vegas, NV, November 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Alternative Motors has announced the recent selection of Edward H. Kim for its Board of Directors.

Currently, Mr. Kim is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Capital Markets Advisory Partners where he advises companies, investment managers and exchanges on strategies to get more from financial markets. He is also a Senior Advisor to Grant Thornton, one of six leading global accounting and business advisory firms. In these capacities he has been a featured analyst for Fox Business, Forbes and Financial Times as well as co-author of numerous published capital markets studies and white papers, including:

· "A Wake-up Call for America: A study of systemic failure in the U.S. stock markets and suggested solutions to drive economic growth"
· "Market structure is causing the IPO crisis"

Prior to cofounding CMA Partners, Mr. Kim was Managing Director of Financial Communications at Stern and Company, a strategic communications and public relations firm. Preceding Stern and Company, Mr. Kim was Senior Vice President at The NASDAQ Stock Market with responsibility for developing new products and services for NASDAQ's Corporate Client Group. Mr. Kim has also served as Chief Administrative Officer of a publicly held internet software company.

Mr. Kim has spent over a decade working in Investment Banking, Equity & Derivatives Trading, Salestrading, Equity Research and Equity Capital Markets at firms including Lehman Brothers, Prudential Securities, and Robertson Stephens. Overall, he has over 20 years of capital markets, finance, product development, and operations experience in both established and entrepreneurial environments. Mr. Kim earned his B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
