ActionCOACH Debuts New Blog: BusinessCoaching.com
ActionCOACH, the world’s number one business coaching firm, has launched a new business coaching blog.
Las Vegas, NV, November 26, 2009 --(PR.com)-- While the upcoming Thanksgiving weekend is going to be bleak for many not-for-profit and charitable organizations, more than 100 charities and non-profits around the world will be working to use increased donations to more effectively help their communities, thanks to Coaching for a Cause, a global initiative sponsored by ActionCOACH, the world’s leading business and executive coaching firm in the world.
Launched by ActionCOACH founder and Chairman Brad Sugars, Coaching for a Cause is helping inject the much-needed business savvy into more than 100 participating not-for-profits and charities around the world.
The overall goal of this campaign is to help non-profits raise at least an additional $2.5 million in donations and funds from October 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010.
“The flailing economy won't bounce back quickly enough to save the non-profit sector, which foresees a rather low holiday giving season ahead,” Sugars said. “We will help the participating charities raise additional funds and donations by urging them to radically rethink the way they do business.”
Sugars’ brainchild, the combined value of Coaching for a Cause program is $1.8 million.
“Through our global campaign, we are pumping business sense into charities and non-profits worldwide so they can boost their fund-raising efforts during this otherwise lackluster giving season,” Sugars said.
According to Sugars, times are doubly tough this year for many nonprofits because the need for their services is increasing, while at the same time donations are decreasing.
It is for this reason that he launched this massive program to extend a helping hand to charities and non-profits all over the world.
“This is the hour of need for these organizations as they are struggling to raise funds in a constantly recessing economy,” he said. “It is much more effective to provide business help to these organizations so they can raise more funds over and over again. Being a coaching organization, we believe in the old adage: ‘Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.’”
Coaching for a Cause takes the proven systems and business knowledge ActionCOACH has been successfully using for over a decade and a half in the for-profit world to the not-for-profit and charitable world so those organizations can raise funds over and over again.
The impact of the program is being measured by an online goal tracker for each participating organization online.
Coaching for a Cause is an innovative, new program from ActionCOACH, the world’s number one business and executive coaching firm that makes pro-bono coaching available to charities and non-profits worldwide.
