Ancra Systems Have Developed an Innovative Logistics Solution for the Construction Sector
The safe delivery and transport of voluminous materials is now possible.
Boxtel, Netherlands, November 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Ancra Systems have developed in cooperation with Transport Keijzer Warmond a container with an integrated automatic unloading floor for Vink Luchtbehandeling Systemen. Thanks to this specially designed container it is now possible to deliver air channels and other voluminous materials to all floors of the building without the installation team having to enter the hanging container.
Previously, the materials in the container were raised to the relevant floor, where the installation team took the material out of the container. Often it was required to enter the hanging container to unload the material. This is forbidden by law.
This newly developed container is equipped with a moveable floor. This floor unloads the material and the installation team can remove the material out of the container without having to enter it.
In the development process importance was put on the minimum weight possible. This made the use of the modified container with a conventional building crane possible. During road transport, the container is secured with standard corner castings and twist locks.
Because the technology involves the use of a hoist, it is completely tested and certified which enables deployment throughout the whole of Europe. Ancra Systems have applied for a patent to support this new innovation.
This innovative unloading solution of Ancra Systems allows construction companies to comply with laws and regulations and increased safety at the building site.
