HCR's MD Appointed to the Board of SEEDA

Basingstoke, United Kingdom, December 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The South-East England Development Agency (SEEDA) Board has been strengthened with the wisdom and experience of HCR's Managing Director - Andrew Finney. Andrew will be drawing upon his varied career in retail banking, mortgage lending, real estate and employee relocation to help the SEEDA Board develop sound strategies to boost the economic prosperity of the region.
