Empire Vent Opens New Manufacturing Facility in Florida New York 

Long Island City, NY, December 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Empire Ventilation Equipment Company announced today that it is opening a new manufacturing facility in Florida, New York. The 7,500 sq. ft. building is situated on a 2 acre site conveniently located near Rt. 17, a major New York State artery.

Founded over seventy years ago by brothers Robert and Thomas Abernethy, Empire is headquartered in Queens, New York. It manufactures ventilators and ventilator parts, including Turbine, Soffet, Flush Flange, and Eveco Ventilators as well as adjustable and fixed mounting, ridge roof bases and registers.

In addition to its standard line of ventilators, Empire manufactures an architectural line with ventilators made out of stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized and copper that are not only in demand by environmentally conscious customers they also appeal to those people looking for economy of operation.
