TrinityLacewigs.Com (TLC) recently announced the winners of their Free Lace Wigs Give-a-way. The company has confirmed that it will annually give away lace wigs through a new program it has established. Through this program the company will donate lace wigs to entrants with medically related hair loss.
San Antonio, TX, December 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- TrinityLacewigs.Com (TLC) recently gave away three (3) Free Lace Wigs. Three lucky contestants from across the United States were selected from nearly one hundred entrants. Each winner received one (1) TLC full lace wig, products and services with a retal (MSRP) value of $599 each. The contest ended on September 30, 2009 and the winners were: Ash-Leigh Gordon (Greensboro, NC), Tommeka Moman (Las Vegas, NV) and Linda (Maricopa, AZ).
The winners were chosen by a panel of five (5) judges. Each contestant was required to write a detailed description and send pictures that documented their hair loss. Alopecia, Cancer and Trichotillomania were a few of the documented medically related reasons for hair loss for some of the contestants. After winning the contest and receiving their Full Lace Wigs (full cranial prosthesis) the winners were also required to submit pictures wearing their new units that can be found on the Trinity Lace Wigs website www.trinitylacewigs.com.
TrinityLacewigs.Com (TLC) is the source for beautiful, untreated, full cuticle, quality 100% human hair lace wigs at affordable prices. Their stock and custom lace wigs are constructed of Swiss and French lace materials which leave the hair line virtually undetectable. The hair is knotted into the lace and appears to from the scalp offering a natural appearance. TLC wigs give the illusion of growing hair and is the preferred choice for celebrities and media personalities. Lace wigs are vastly being adopted by people with medically related hair loss, such as cancer, alopecia, immune deficiencies, trichotillomania, etc. At TrinityLacewigs.com all of our stock lace and custom lace wigs are made of only the finest 100% untreated and unmixed full cuticle human hair.
One of the winners is a college student and was embarrassed by her hair loss which was affecting her studies and self esteem. Linda Hedberg, another winner stated, "Growing up with trichotillimania it has been a challenge every day with issues with my hair. I have tried wearing wigs in the past but I really couldn’t get use to the feeling and looks of poor quality, and the fear it would somehow come off. It is nice to know you guys think and care about people with hair issues, such as myself. I looked forward to receiving my new lace wig and showing all you guys the new me. Thank you so much."
Stephanie Anderson, Hair Replacement Specialist/ Instructor for TrinityLacewigs.Com (TLC) shared that TLC products are “realistic hair replacement” and state of the art. Bottom line—the wig must look real to feel real. This alleviates the emotional insecurity one experiences when wearing an unnatural looking wig. A natural looking wig promotes a “before” medical treatment appearance for the patient, therefore boosting their self-esteem and confidence. She said, "We are happy to be able to provide this opportunity to those who not only want it, but need it too."
The company is reaching out to the medical professionals specializing in the treatment of cancer, alopecia, burn, etc. patient; including those facilities servicing our wounded warriors, to educate them on the innovative services and alternatives to traditional wigs. They also provide smaller custom hair replacement systems for children. For more information, visit www.trinitylacewigs.com.
