The active adult builder took home Gold Awards for Community of the Year: Attached for the Brookhaven at East Cobb and The Amenity Package / Under 499 Units for the Brookhaven at Johns Creek. The Brookhaven at Johns Creek also won Silver Awards for Best Building Design – Detached ($400,000 to $499,999) and Best Interior Merchandising – Detached Model ($450,000 - $549,999).
