Tom Hoarty Made a Long-Term Career Change by Joining ActionCOACH

Burlington, MA, December 03, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Tom Hoarty is the newest ActionCOACH franchise owner in Massachusetts. Driven by his desire to own his own business, he bought a franchise in Burlington, Massachusetts, which will cater to Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, and his Master Licensee is Kevin Glynn.

“I wanted to have my own company that was supported by a world-class organization,” Hoarty said. “I was tired of the corporate world and ActionCOACH is an established worldwide company. Everything just fit.”

Hoarty’s previous work experience involved sales, marketing and development for international companies.

“In my previous position I was responsible for all global sales and marketing initiatives, development and execution of the sales plan, revenue growth and expansion for a manufacturer of capital equipment,” Hoarty said. “The company had a concentration in US, Europe, South America, and Asia. I lead an organization consisting of regional sales managers, marketing professionals, and independent manufacturer representatives and distributors.”

Because of his experience, he believes his clients will benefit from his leadership skills, expertise in sales and marketing, and management skills.

“I have a diverse background having worked in various departments and management positions,” Hoarty said. “During my career, I have had the responsibility to work with every company department and function. I have an extensive background in developing complete multi-channel sales solutions. My expertise includes OEM, B2B and distribution sales, complex customer requirements, marketing, and management. I am an experienced strategist with a proven track record cultivating key relationships in target markets. I believe that my background will be a solid foundation for me and my clients to build upon.”

Hoarty is looking forward to being able to utilize the skills he’s sharpened over the years and to help small business owners.
