Renee Marquiss Earns Real Estate License

Sarasota, FL, December 04, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Reneé Marquiss of Xena Vallone Realty Inc. has earned her Florida real estate license. After 30 years of experience in office management and administrative support, including serving in the residential and commercial real estate industries, Marquiss is now accepting her own listings and buyers.

Marquiss will focus on first-time homebuyers and military families. One of her two sons is currently serving in Iraq and one of her nephews is serving in Afghanistan.

Marquiss was a licensed real estate agent in the late 1990s, while working as a transaction coordinator with a top local residential Realtor. She returned to Sarasota six months ago from Colorado, where she served 12 years as Office Manager/Executive Assistant at Shames-Makovsky Realty Company, a commercial brokerage firm in Denver. Marquiss has 18 years of administrative and real estate experience in Sarasota, including serving as Membership Director for the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce.
