MicroCHIPS Inc Upgrades Phone System and Chooses Data Evolution’s NEC DSX Solution

MicroCHIPS' old phone system was end of life for support and not working well. Upgrading and keeping the system under contract would have been expensive. Data Evolution recommended a NEC DSX-160 system; the cost of the new system was less expensive than upgrading their current system, including new phones for all the end users. Their new system includes a voicemail to email feature as well as the ability for call forwarding to remote numbers.
