Eagle Technology, Inc. Acquires Equipsoft, LLC

Mequon, WI, October 11, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Eagle Technology, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Equipsoft Corporation, a maintenance management software (CMMS) vendor based in Knoxville, TN.
