Hill & Co Launches Website
This year’s exciting launches include their Stock website where you can search on style, size, price, etc. Fantastic New Contemporary and 'Transitional designs' - Traditional styles with a contemporary twist in both colour or scale.
Boxhill, Tadworth, United Kingdom, October 11, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Hill& Co are continuing with their Historic Royal Palaces and the Ashmolean Museum links. The designs for the rugs from these two collections are inspired by the buildings and artefacts featured within the Ashmolean collection and Historic Royal Palaces including the Maze from Hampton Court - memorise it and impress your friends with how quickly you get in and out of the real thing.
Hill & Co's qualities includes Tufted and Indo-Nepali weave and can incorporate handspun yarns and art-silk highlights. Of course, as ever with Hill & Co Rugs, you can change the colours, placement of the highlights and even present them with your own design and they will be pleased to rise to the challenge and make you something completely unique.
Hill & Co, based on the top of picturesque Box Hill in Surrey, have a large stock of Traditional and Contemporary rugs in many sizes and qualities and welcome callers to their showroom. Their friendly team are adept at turning their Client’s ideas and sketches into bespoke pieces and can re-colour and re-size (almost) any of their own vast catalogue of rug designs to suit a Client’s decor. The cost of this expertise is surprisingly modest.
About Hill & Co:
The idea for the business was born 15 years ago out of frustration at not being able to sell old rugs to clients who were ready and able to buy them, because they could not find the right combination of size, design and colour. All too often they would find the perfect design and colour only to have the wrong size.
This frustration led them to make good quality replicas of old rugs. These rugs are made to order in the clients size, design and colour.
Logistically it is both expensive and extremely difficult to trade in rugs made singularly, expensive because of shipping, dying and administration costs and difficult because large looms do not sit around empty waiting for us to place an order and so they have developed a number of designs organised in collections that they make and carry as stock items. The idea being that if they do not have a custom order for a loomthey place a stock order on it and therefore keep both the loom and the skilled weavers.
Hill & Co recommend giving them a call on 01737 844555 and arranging a visit to discuss your project. Take a look at their bespoke website at www.hillco.co.uk and the new stock site at www.hillco.com then contact them via the link. Try the 'Colour your own' program and recolour one of their Contemporary Designs.
