thinksound™ announces the debut of its flagship models of eco-friendly headphones.

After many years in development, thinksound™ is releasing the first two models of wooden headphones which are made of select materials to lower their overall environmental impact. The models are rain™, in-ear 9mm high-definition headphone with passive noise isolation ($99.99 MSRP) and thunder™, in-ear 10mm high-definition headphone with passive noise isolation and enhanced bass ($74.99 MSRP). Both headphone models are made primarily from renewable, recyclable resources such as wood and aluminum and feature PVC-free cables. The packaging is made from bleach-free recycled cardboard and eliminates the common plastic inner blister packing normally found in other products.

The headphones will be available in two colors each; silver cherry and black chocolate with four different-sized earbuds to assure a comfortable fit. A cotton carrying case pouch is also included to carry the headphones and also fits iPods, iPhones, iPod Touch and many other popular MP3 players.
