WCED Podcast Explains How the Triangle is Supporting Electric Powered Vehicles
Raleigh, NC, December 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Wake County Economic Development (WCED) (www.raleigh-wake.org) has announced the release of a new audio podcast featuring commentary from Adrienne Cole, Raleigh Economic Development executive director. In the podcast, Cole discusses the development of PHEVs, or electric powered vehicles, and how this new technology is being supported by Triangle-based businesses and residents. Cole touches on topics including how PHEVs will benefit consumers and the environment as well as when consumers can expect for these vehicles to become commercially available. She also discusses how Triangle-based businesses are supporting the development of PHEVs, more specifically with the “Project Get Ready” campaign, and what local residents can do to support the development of the vehicles.
